Homeowner portal instructions

January 19, 2024

We hope this notice finds you well. We wanted to inform you about the training documents that were sent out by the Management Trust to your accounts email. These documents will guide you through the process of navigating your homeowner portal. Below, you will find a brief explanation of each document:

1. Welcome Letter - Test Test: This is a test letter that demonstrates where you can find the necessary information to connect your portal account with your preferred login method. Please note that the information in this letter should not be used by owners. Its purpose is solely to showcase where you can access your account details, such as your Name, Account Number, and Registration Key.

2. Text Trusty - Virtual Assistant: This document is often included with the Welcome Letter and provides additional instructions and assistance.

3. Modern Portal - Portal Registration: This document provides a step-by-step guide on how to sign into or sign up for the portal. It will help you create your account and get started with accessing the various features.

4. Modern Portal - The Homeowner Portal: This document covers all the important information about the different sections within the portal. It includes details about the Dashboard, My Contact Info, Billing, My Items, Calendar & Events, and Documents sections.

5. Modern Portal - Homeowner ARC: This document explains how to submit an ARC (Architectural) request through the portal. It provides instructions on the necessary steps to take when making such a request.

We understand the importance of being well-versed in using the homeowner portal, and we believe these training documents will greatly assist you in navigating through it smoothly. We encourage you to review them thoroughly and reach out to us if you have any questions or need further clarification.

Ancala Speed Monitoring Program

December 4, 2023

Speed-monitoring equipment is being installed at two locations within Ancala, on 116th Street at Sweetwater, and on 120th Street south of Columbine. These solar-powered devices use infrared sensors to
detect speed, and cameras to record speeding vehicles. They are part of an ongoing effort to reduce speeding and enhance safety in Ancala.

The program is being rolled out in two phases. The initial phase will involve only observing vehicle speeds to gather average speed data and evaluate the equipment operation. Later, after details of our speed enforcement policy have been publicized, violation notices and/or fines will be issued to speeders. Watch for details on the enforcement policy in the near future.

Speeding has been an ongoing issue at several locations in Ancala, supported by traffic count studies performed in 2017 and 2020. Research supporting the effectiveness of speed monitors has shown a reduction of speeding vehicles by up to 65%. “Radar” enforced speed monitoring has been in Ancala for many years and is noted on signs at each gate. In the past, a roving guard with a radar gun has been used to limited effect and at significant expense. Our goal with this program is to provide a more efficient and effective means of enforcing our speed limit, making Ancala’s streets a safe place to drive, walk and ride.
