This is a reminder that Monday 2/19 is Presidents Day, which means no vendor access is permitted. This includes all vendors such as landscapers, house cleaners, pool vendors etc.. Please communicate with all vendors and schedule accordingly.

We would like to thank all the homeowners who took the time and voted this year. As many of you already
know the following individuals were elected to the Board as of January 23, 2024. They will serve a 2-year term. The new Ancala Board members are Tim Young. Neela Bhavnani, Frank Brod, and Paul Romeo. Also, at the January 30, 2024, Board meeting, the following individuals were voted on by the Board to serve as officers of the Board.

A reminder that bulk trash pickup is Tuesday, February 6, 2024. Ancala Homeowners must place “brush/green waste” and “bulk trash” items on their curb for City of Scottsdale pick-up no earlier than the Friday February 2, 2024
