Network updates are coming to your area to meet your growing needs. This will cause a brief, planned outage where you’ll be unable to access internet and your other Cox services, including emergency 911 calls. Make sure you have other communication options for emergencies. These outages usually happen intermittently for about 4 hours and can start at 6 AM. We’ll send you an email when we’re all done. If you have any questions, please contact Cox Communication service directly.

The way you submit approval requests for architectural changes to your home has recently been modified. The fees for anything other than remodeling or additions have been reduced, and at the same time, the forms used to submit requests have been modified to include the new fee structure and to provide more guidance on the submittal process.
There are two different forms… one used exclusively for those wanting only to re-paint their house, and another for those requesting any other improvements, from landscaping changes to major remodels.
New Notification Forms: There are also three new forms to be used for notifying the HOA of certain situations. If you have work either inside or outside your home that requires any of the things listed below, there is a Notification Form that must be filled out and submitted ahead of time. There is no fee for any of these.
Form Location: All of the forms mentioned above are now available from the TMT Portal. They are also available from the Community Manager at the East Gate.

Revised Standards Document: A revision to the Architectural Design and Maintenance Standards (often called the Architectural Guidelines) has been created. It includes all the changes described in this notice, plus a few others, and is now available on the Portal.

6:30 pm: Scottsdale Fire Captain Steven Hunter will present on Firewise.
The Firewise USA™ program has empowered neighbors since 2002 to work together in reducing their wildfire risk, teaching people how to adapt to living with wildfire and encouraging neighbors to work together and take action now to prevent damage and losses. Ancala has been a Firewise Certified Community since 2018. It is time once again for the annual clean up. Participating in the program shows that the community committed to reducing risks from wildland fire. The benefit of a Firewise community is the creation of a safer environment for you, your neighborhood and fire fighters. Be sure to check with your insurance agent as being a certified Firewise community may lower your home insurance premium. With the rainfall this year, fire events in valley are reported to be even more likely.
