We would like to inform you that Section 7.25 - Exterior Lighting of the Architectural Guidelines has been revised. This revision was presented and approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on February 25th, 2025.
You can find the updated document, Arch Design Standards Rev 2025-03, attached to this communication, as well as available on the TMT portal.
- Reorganized the Exterior Lighting section to distinguish types of lighting (building vs landscape vs security)
- Added limit of 3,000K maximum for light color temperature
- Clarified that spotlights are not allowed except for motion-activated security lights that must be set to turn off after no more than five minutes.
- Clarified that colored lights (blue, green, red, etc.) are not allowed except for holidays.
