Primary tabs

The brush & bulk collection schedule for 2018 will be the week of the following dates:

  • January 1
  • January 29
  • February 26
  • March 26
  • April 23
  • May 21
  • June 25
  • July 23
  • August 27
  • October 1
  • October 29
  • December 3

Have your brush and bulk out for collection no later than 5 a.m. the Monday of the week your area is scheduled.

  • Brush items can be placed on the curb no sooner than the Monday prior to the week your area is scheduled.
  • Bulk items can be placed on the curb no sooner than the Friday prior to the week your area is scheduled.

Please do not place your brush or bulk items on the curb prior to the instructions above.  Not only is it unsightly to have bulk items sitting at the curb, it can also cause health and safety risks by attracting animals and creating a fire hazard. If items are brought out earlier than allowed, the Association may pick up the items and the homeowner will be fined $100 for the violation and any incurred disposal fees.

Please place your bulk items out the right way:

Remember that each homeowner is responsible for the manner in which material is placed out for collection, whether or not you hire someone else to do the work. Please separate your brush and bulk pickup into two piles - one for green waste and one for everything else. The piles will be picked up by separate trucks during your designated brush and bulk pickup week.  The green waste - yard clippings, branches and trimmings - will be composted to help grow new plants, while the rest will be taken to the landfill for disposal.

  • Brush & bulk collection is for things like yard waste, furniture, mattresses and other large items.
  • Please do not put out tires, paint, paint thinners, strippers, pesticides, batteries, motor oils, chlorine or pool acid for bulk collection.

Please do not put out trash (refuse), construction or remodeling debris, sheet glass, windows or mirrors.
